Perfect location for a week long spring break trip to Santa Monica with two teenagers. Walking distance to everything we needed in Santa Monica. And the price was really good, much less expensive than two comparable hotel rooms.
Tip: go to the farmer's market on Wednesday morning, it's amazing!

Sam was a great Host and very responsive to any communications. The apartment was as described and is perfect for a group of four. The locations is ideal and close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Next time in Santa Monica I will definitely choose Sam’s apartment as a place to stay.

Nuestra estadia con mi familia fue maravillosa. Todo salio excelente y la comunicacion con Sam y Amby siempre fueron muy agiles. El lugar esta ubicado muy bien en Santa Monica y a pocas cuadras de la playa, la 3rd Promenade, tiene negocios de todo rubro y hay supermercados cerca. El apartamento esta en excelentes condiciones. Todo nuevo y muy lindo. Las camas comodas, los baños tambien. Todo es grande y muy tranquilo para convivir en familia o viajes con amigos. Ademas el plus de contar con estacionamiento incluido. Por la zona y el precio de los alojamientos esta muy bien! Recomendable 100% muchas gracias!!!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Santa Monica apartment. The location is unbeatable — close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore in the area, yet still quiet and relaxing when it’s time to unwind.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a smooth stay. The space felt welcoming and well-maintained, and it was easy to feel at home right away.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, making check-in and the entire stay stress-free. This place is perfect whether you’re visiting for a beach getaway or just want to experience Santa Monica like a local.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
