My boyfriend is very picky with food and the reason we picked this place is because he wanted to cook. It was perfect for us and loved Wally’s wine store. Also, lots of activities to do around. The host was very responsive with clear instructions.

Great location. A few blocks from the Pier and Metro close. Nice to have a parking spot. Unit was very clean. Host communicated quickly and was always there if we had an issue.

Nous avons passé un séjour avec mon mari à Santa Monica et nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié ce logement. L’emplacement est excellent : l’endroit est très proche de la plage, à seulement 8 minutes du jetée de Santa Monica, avec un accès direct à l’autoroute, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Concernant le logement lui-même, il est extrêmement propre. Les toilettes japonaises automatiques avec laveur automatique sont un vrai plus. Le séjour est très bien exposé au soleil, ce qui rend l’appartement très lumineux et très agréable à vivre. L’appartement est aussi très bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut : lave-linge, sèche-linge automatique, lave-vaisselle, frigo, four, micro-ondes… rien ne manque. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le bâtiment est très sécurisé, avec ascenseur. Il y a de très bonnes odeurs dans l’appartement ainsi que dans le bâtiment, qui est lui-même très propre et bien entretenu.
