From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, has a great layout and looks just like the pictures! The location was perfect for us and provided easy access to all that we desired to see in the Los Angeles area.

Fantastic apartment close to Santa Monica Pier. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great value for money. I enjoyed going down to the pier and running either north or south along the bike path. Running to Venice Pier (pier to pier) is a good workout š. Also did some nice swims at the beach, enjoyed the curiousities of Venice beach, and it was easy to get to Hollywood, the Griffith observatory, and the numerous skate parks that make up the area. Also it's easy to get on rt 1 and driving the coast road to Malibu and beyond is awesome, especially if you play the Beach Boys on the car radio. Oh and riding the roller coaster at the pier is a must do!

Sam and Amby were picture perfect AirBnB hosts. They were responsive throughout, and the apartment was exactly as described. We stayed with a our toddler, and we found the space more than enough for the three of us. The neighborhood is stellar--much to do, eat, and see. Finally, garage parking underneath the building is a wonderful perk. N.B.-as described in the listing, early check-in (prior to 4P) is available for a $40 fee.

This is a great place to stay! Itās nice and centrally located in downtown Santa Monica, and the free parking and in-unit washer and dryer are huge benefits. A great place to stay.

The house is very clean, the surrounding area is safe, and itās not far from the beach. It also comes with indoor parking, which is very convenient. The host responded promptly, which made us feel very reassured. We would be happy to stay here again if we have the chance.
