The building’s elevators are closed from August 3 through October 15 for a scheduled modernization, so the stairs are the only way up. Please keep this in mind if you’re bringing heavy luggage, have mobility concerns, or are travelling with a stroller or young children.
To make up for it, we’ve already reduced the nightly rates for these dates.

Our host was responsive throughout the day and very easy to get a hold of. They provided very clear instructions and the listing was just as described. The area is very convenient to the Santa Monica pier and downtown and also a great place to make your homebase if traveling around the west side of LA.
Sam's place was a great fit for the 2 of us. It was clean and well appointed, with a very comfy bed. Location was excellent. The building and area were safe and where the apt is made walking around the area so easy to do! Sam was a responsive and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
