Most of a Santa Monica trip happens outside: the beach path, the pier, the Promenade, dinner on Main Street. A studio gives you a well-kept base to come back to, with everything set up so you don’t have to think about it.

How many guests can stay in a studio?
Our studios sleep 2 to 3 guests, depending on the apartment. Each page lists the exact beds.
Do the studios have parking?
Some include parking on site at no extra cost, others have paid parking in the building or nearby. Each studio page says exactly what’s available.
Is there a discount for a longer stay?
Yes. Stays of a week or more are discounted automatically, with a bigger discount for a month or more on most apartments. Planning longer? Send us your dates and we’ll come back with a price.
Are there fees on top of the nightly rate?
No service fee. The total at checkout is the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and the city’s hotel tax, and in Santa Monica that tax doesn’t apply to stays of 30 nights or more.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. After that, the booking is non-refundable. If your plans might change, ask us before you book.
