Pick an apartment and check your dates. Stays of a week or more are discounted automatically, with a bigger discount for a month or more on most apartments, and Santa Monica’s hotel tax drops off your total once the stay is 30 nights or more.
Everything is ready when you arrive: furnished rooms, cooking basics, Wi-Fi, towels and bed sheets. There’s nothing to set up, and you check yourself in whenever you land.

Is there a discount for a longer stay?

Do I pay hotel tax on a monthly stay?
Not in Santa Monica. The city’s hotel tax doesn’t apply to stays of 30 nights or more.
What’s included in the price?
Wi-Fi is included in every apartment. The total at checkout is the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, plus the city’s hotel tax on stays under 30 nights. There’s no service fee on top.
Can I extend my stay?
If the apartment is free for the extra nights, reply to your booking confirmation email and we’ll see what we can do.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. After that, the booking is non-refundable. If your plans might change, ask us before you book.
