How many guests fit in a 1-bedroom apartment?
They sleep between 2 and 4 guests, depending on the apartment. Each apartment page lists the exact beds.
Do the 1-bedroom apartments include parking?
Many include parking on site at no extra cost. A few have paid parking in the building or nearby. Each apartment page says exactly what’s available, or see apartments with free parking.
Is there a discount for a longer stay?
Yes. Stays of a week or more are discounted automatically, with a bigger discount for a month or more on most apartments. Planning longer? Send us your dates and we’ll come back with a price.
Are there fees on top of the nightly rate?
No service fee. The total at checkout is the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and the city’s hotel tax, and in Santa Monica that tax doesn’t apply to stays of 30 nights or more.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. After that, the booking is non-refundable. If your plans might change, ask us before you book.
