Guests are welcome to request early check-in starting at 1:00 PM or late check-out until 2:00 PM for a small additional fee, subject to availability.
The building’s elevators are closed from August 3 through October 15 for a scheduled modernization, so the stairs are the only way up. Please keep this in mind if you’re bringing heavy luggage, have mobility concerns, or are travelling with a stroller or young children.
To make up for it, we’ve already reduced the nightly rates for these dates.

Great studio with a great size outdoor balcony. The studio is not directly on the street so it's quiet at night. Kitchen and laundry appliances are all new. I definitely recommend staying here. Super walkable, great to have secure parking, and a cozy, clean studio.
It was a amazing place it was clean homey and cozy was exactly as the description the host was very respectful and responded fast and answered every question there’s was also a lot to do around there’s a lot of restaurants and stores around and it’s perfect if you want a place close to the beach

Arrival & departure
Cancellation: full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
