Street parking near the beach and downtown is metered or permit-only on many blocks, and public garages charge by the hour or the day. Over a week or a month, that adds up.

Yes. For every apartment on this page, parking on site is included in the price, with no daily charge.
Do I need a car in Santa Monica?
Not for the basics: the beach, the pier, Third Street Promenade and the farmers market are walkable, and the Metro E Line runs from Downtown Santa Monica to downtown Los Angeles. A car helps for Malibu, the Getty and trips across LA.
Is there a discount for a longer stay?
Yes. Stays of a week or more are discounted automatically, with a bigger discount for a month or more on most apartments. Planning longer? Send us your dates and we’ll come back with a price.
Are there fees on top of the nightly rate?
No service fee. The total at checkout is the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and the city’s hotel tax, and in Santa Monica that tax doesn’t apply to stays of 30 nights or more.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. After that, the booking is non-refundable. If your plans might change, ask us before you book.
