Der Aufenthalt bei Sam und Amby war super. Der Check in verlief reibungslos, wir durften sogar 20min früher rein. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß genug für bis zu 4 Personen. Der Fernseher war sogar mit Amazon Prime ausgestattet. Steckdosen hatte es auch genug. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, mit der Lage, der Unterkunft und der Kommunikation.

Great place, beautiful rooftop pool with Sports on the big screen. Was a perfect place to re enter society after a week long camping trip on the beach. Thanks for the stay!

Cute little apartment, close walk to the Santa Monica pier and other attractions! Overall a pretty good place to stay and enjoy the beach.

A few hours before checkin the apt I reserved had an electrical outage in building. The hosts immediately moved me to another location close by and into a bigger unit. Their quick response and consideration made my stay seamless and easy. Amazing hosts and modern updates and decor in the apt makes for 5 huge stars.

My mother and I were in town for an unexpected but prolonged stay to visit my sister in the hospital, so I did not want to share a hotel room and bathroom. I wanted us to be comfortable after long days at the hospital and to have our own spaces. Sam and Amby’s place hit the spot. It smelled and looked so clean. The huge tub in one of the bathrooms was just what I needed. I was worried at first about not being able to access the garage before gaining entry to the building but it worked out fine.

Nydelig leilighet med nydelig beliggenhet. Var nærme flere dagligvarebutikker, kjente klesbutikker, samt 10 min gåavstand fra stranda. Utleierene var forståelsesfulle og svarte raskt. Vi kunne ikke ha valgt et bedre sted.

Had an incredible stay at Sam and Amby’s place in Santa Monica. You couldn’t ask for a more Central Location minutes away from the beach and some of the best restaurants in the area. Most importantly, the apartment itself was exactly as described, extremely clean, with every amenity in small details provided for. Fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, Internet TV, etc… would definitely stay again!

Great location for first trip to LA. Host was very friendly and helpful. Safe area, lots to see, do and eat within walking distance. Short drives to Venice, Hollywood, etc.

Cool spot to move around and have an east weekend

Great location, nice condo unit and new building complex. If you have a car the included garage is very convenient. Kitchen items are limited if you want to do a lot of cooking, but with the many restaurants very close you don’t need to. Great lighting and the unit faces the street so there is actually a view. They just need two chairs on the balcony. Easy and cheap fix that should be added with the price per night. The check in instructions are pretty confusing and are poor quality images which should be updated. There are no instructions for checking in if you don’t have a car which also should be added. The address is on Broadway but the door is on 6th street. Now that I’ve figured it all out it is easy, just confusing the first time you arrive without a car… and have luggage. All in all I would stay here again. The walls and floors are a little thin but it was never a problem, you can hear people walking around upstairs but it’s not bad. Pick this place over a hotel.

Amazing place steps from the ocean. Parking is a breeze even for my truck which is usually a headache to park! Terrific communication and wonderfully helpful. Highly recommend!
